Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineer to design, develop, test, release, improve, and support advanced satellite communication products. This role provides broad exposure across system architecture, hardware design, manufacturing, and product lifecycle engineering with a strong customer-focused mindset.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, software, RF, test, and manufacturing engineers to develop new communication systems and continuously improve existing platforms. Engineers in this role have significant ownership and are directly involved in rapidly developing and delivering production-ready hardware — not just prototypes — through fielding and customer support.

• Lead electrical and system-level design for satellite communication terminals.

Required Qualifications

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Service Engineer to support the deployment, sustainment, troubleshooting, and operational success of advanced satellite communication systems for customers around the world.

In this role, you will serve as a direct technical interface between Lite Coms and military, government, and commercial customers, ensuring reliable operation of mission-critical SATCOM terminals in both laboratory and field environments. You will work hands-on with advanced VSAT and Electronically Steered Array (ESA) systems while collaborating closely with engineering, manufacturing, and end users.

• Provide technical support for satellite communication parabolic VSAT and Electronically Steered Array (ESA) transport terminals worldwide.

• Interface directly with customers to support deployment, troubleshooting, Help Desk operations, and Network Operations Center (NOC) activities.

• Independently identify root causes of system issues and implement effective corrective actions to minimize operational downtime.

Required Qualifications

• Previous military or DoD support experience in satellite communications, RF communications, radar systems, or related technical fields preferred.

• Experience with Military User Equipment (UE) platforms such as AN/TSC series, AN/PRC series, T2C2, SCOUT, XLDT, TCN, TNT-ATH, TNT-OTM, STS, or SDN-L/H.

This role works closely with Engineering and Operations teams to help develop test plans, procedures, and test configurations while ensuring products meet performance, quality, and operational requirements.

This position requires strong attention to detail, hands-on technical troubleshooting ability, and familiarity with electronic test equipment and technical documentation. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and engineering environment supporting mission-critical communication systems.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working with advanced electronic systems, and contributing directly to the validation and performance of cutting-edge SATCOM technologies.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to research, plan, design, and analyze advanced satellite communication products. In this role, you will determine the feasibility of new designs by analyzing customer requirements and specifications, then move rapidly into creating sketches, 3D models, and prototypes.

This candidate will have a strong working knowledge of electromechanical packaging, specifically focusing on design for heat transfer, shock, vibration, and harsh environmental conditions. You will have the opportunity to plan and supervise critical environmental and transport testing (typically MIL-STD-810G) to prove your designs and establish certifications for real-world deployment.

  • Lead the research, planning, and design of mechanical and electromechanical products and systems.

Position Overview:

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing procurement activities with a strong focus on cost optimization, price negotiation, and supplier strategy to support the production of communication equipment. This role goes beyond transactional purchasing and plays a critical role in driving cost savings, improving supplier commercial terms, and protecting company margins. The ideal candidate is a proactive negotiator with demonstrated experience reducing costs, analyzing pricing structures, and developing supplier relationships that deliver both short-term savings and long-term value. This individual will balance cost, quality, and delivery while operating in a fast-paced, highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities (Other Duties as assigned):

· Lead price negotiations with suppliers to achieve measurable cost reductions, improved payment terms, and value-added agreements

· Continuously analyze market trends, supplier pricing, and cost drivers to identify and execute cost savings opportunities

· Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies, including supplier consolidation, long-term agreements, and alternate sourcing

· Own total cost of ownership (TCO) evaluations, balancing price, lead time, quality, and risk

· Conduct should-cost and price benchmarking analyses to support negotiations

· Create, issue, and manage purchase orders (POs) for direct and indirect materials and services

· Review and validate pricing on all purchases, ensuring alignment with negotiated terms and cost targets

· Manage supplier acknowledgements, delivery commitments, and order accuracy

· Proactively manage order status, including expediting, de-expediting, and mitigation of supply risks

· Ensure all procurement activities comply with required quality standards, regulatory requirements, and flow-down provisions

· Track and report cost savings initiatives, supplier performance metrics, and procurement KPIs

· Support inventory optimization and working capital improvement initiatives

· Identify and implement process improvements to increase procurement efficiency and cost effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

· 3–7 years of procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

· Demonstrated success in price negotiation and cost savings initiatives

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate pricing, contracts, and cost structures

· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and supplier management skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP/MRP experience preferred

Position Overview

The Configuration Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all products, documentation, and manufacturing processes comply with contractual, regulatory, and internal quality standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining configuration control and verifying adherence to quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle in a defense manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities (Other Duties as Assigned)

· Audit and verify product configuration against engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials (BOMs), and contract requirements

· Ensure proper version control and traceability of all technical data and documentation

· Review engineering change notifications (ECNs), deviations, and waivers for proper implementation and documentation

· Support configuration control boards (CCBs) and maintain configuration status accounting records

· Identify discrepancies between as-designed, as-built, and as-delivered configurations

· Conduct internal audits of manufacturing processes, work instructions, and quality management systems

· Perform product audits (in-process and final) to verify compliance with quality and contractual requirements

· Evaluate supplier quality documentation and support supplier audits as needed

· Document audit findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field (or equivalent experience)

· 3-7 years of experience working in regulated industries (aerospace, defense, telecom, or electronics)

· Knowledge of configuration management and QMS

· Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail

· Ability to lift up to 35-50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time

· United States Citizenship and an ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance is required

· Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with AS9100 or ISO 9001 standards

· Understanding of value-stream, lean manufacturing, and process-improvements

· Experience with ERP/MRP systems and electronic quality systems (eQMS)

· Familiarity with ITAR/EAR compliance requirements
